are a key UK supplier of FAAY non-load bearing wall
panels manufactured from, amongst other materials, the
highly sustainable flax plant.
Environmentally
friendly and highly insulated for thermal and acoustic
performance, they can be erected faster than any other
comparable panel using ‘dry fix’ methods.
Completed partitions are fire resistant for upto 62
minutes and soundproof upto 36dB. Panels are available
in formica, vinyl or paint finish and come complete
with internal cabling ducts for installing electricity/data
communication lines. FAAY panels reach the standards
specified by the environmental management standard IS0
14001 and quality standard ISO 9001
Insulated
walls are cavity filled with stone wool which offers
a high degree of soundproofing and stability providing
ideal for offices, homes, schools etc. Walls offer fire
resistance of 75 – 82 minutes, sound insulation
from 6 - 9 Db and thermal insulation of 1.25 mē KW upto
2.17 mē KW.
Faay
Ceilings are manufactured from mineral fibre and use
a unique assembly system which is easy to assemble,
has a free span which prevents contact noise with the
upper floor and offers the option of fitting the ceiling
close beneath the joisting.
