Brick Slip Systems

RGB are distributors of our own Infatec, Bricklocand Panelite brick slip systems we also offer Fastwall and Brickshield systems from Ibstock Kevington.

Slip systems comprise a rigid backing panel fixed to the substructure on site onto which brick slips are fixed using a purpose -made adhesive. A specialist pointing mortar completes the installation in the traditional manner.

Infatec
A heat-insulating panel incorporating specially profiled horizontal guides onto which the slips are attached.

The grooved square system provides a perfect anchor point for the adhesive making it ideal for all building types. Infatec panels are available in 80mm, 100mm, 120mm and 140mm thicknesses.

Brickloc
A unique mechanical and mortar fix, eminently suitable for external use in commercial multi-storey developments. Brickloc is suitable for use with all standard slips and with any substrate.

Ideal for locations where temperatures vary from -30 to +50. The specially designed carrier sheet supports and ‘locks’ brick slips to the substrate prior to mortaring eliminating the risk of slips becoming loose.

Panelite
A GRP backing board is coated in liquid resin. Brick slips are then positioned as required onto the board and left to cure. Once complete the slips are pointed up with a polyester resin/silica sand mixture, the entire panel is trimmed to size and dispatched for installation.
