OVER 25 YEARS SERVING THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

Here at RGB, we are dedicated to providing every client with personal customer service of an excellent standard to ensure their needs are thoroughly understood and met. Due to our personal and flexible approach, our process can vary widely between clients and from project to project. For example, we may give an architect detailed product advice years before anything goes to site, but we also have enquiries which come through where we can source the materials and deliver them to site within a couple of days!

Generally speaking, we have four main phases which we will go through with the majority of our clients.

Initial contact


We’ll meet with you to establish your project’s requirements, discussing your plans, wishes and which services you are looking for.

Research


Whether you want to match materials and aesthetics to the surrounding area or are seeking inspiration, we can help you discover the best materials for your project. We can even accompany you to take a look at different products and finishes in situ, should you so wish.

Acquisition


We’ll procure the perfect materials for your purposes and produce a document of requirements, all tailored to your project and the information we’ve gathered from you.

Supply
